A new course has been crafted by Prof Mark Williams which is a follow on for all those who have previously completed a MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction)course. Barbara and Janine are excited to announce that they will run this course in the first term of 2020. We strongly encourage all those who would like to deepen their current practice to attend.
The dates are weekly Tuesday 28th January – Tuesday 17th March 2020 from 118h00-20h00.
We will be running an 8 week MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) course in the 2nd term.
The dates are weekly from Tuesday 14th April – Tuesday 2nd June 2020 from 17h30-20h00.
